Disney Villainous: Success at Any Cost – Charming Crooners and Cold-Blooded Plots

Disney Villainous

Arriving in July as an “expandalone,” Disney Villainous: Success at Any Cost introduces Ernesto de la Cruz from Coco and Prince Hans from Frozen. Out of the box, two players can duel immediately, or you can shuffle either villain into any Disney Villainous set for up to four. In the United States, Target will carry a special edition inspired by papel picado artistry and featuring a premium finish on Ernesto’s sculpted mover. Ages 10+ | MSRP 22.99 USD.

“We can’t wait for Villainous fans to dive into these extra devious new matchups,” said Lysa Penrose, International Product Manager of Family Games at Ravensburger. “Steel yourself, because our next expandalone is packed with back-stabbing and betrayal, and what’s more diabolical than that?”

Hocus Pocus

Just in time for spooky-season game nights, Disney Villainous: Come, We Fly! brings the Sanderson Sisters from Hocus Pocus into the system as a playable villain set that can be combined with other boxes. This marks the franchise’s second live-action playable villain, complete with fresh illustrations, unique mechanics, and a signature sculpted mover trio. Ages 10+ | MSRP 14.99 USD.

“Last year, when Davy Jones [from Disney’s ‘Pirate of the Caribbean’] joined Villainous, he fittingly unlocked a treasure trove of possible playable Villains from beloved Disney stories,” said Penrose. “When it comes to family-friendly Halloween movies, ‘Hocus Pocus’ is as iconic as it gets, so we knew we wanted to conjure the Sanderson Sisters this fall.”

Why Villainous Keeps Winning Game Night

Since its debut in 2018, Villainous has amassed a devoted following across 14 and counting releases spanning Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, and Marvel. Each character warps the familiar tale with bespoke objectives, asymmetric decks, and the delicious tension of Fate cards that let opponents meddle in your schemes. The result is a replayable sandbox where theme and strategy fuse into memorable table stories.
