Lorwyn Eclipsed Breaks Dawn With Serialized Faeries and Reversible Shock Lands

Lorwyn Eclipsed is here! The return to Magic: The Gathering’s dual nature plane is brimming with collector bait, artistic deep cuts, and gameplay shakeups. The set launched January 23, 2026, reviving Lorwyn’s golden day and Shadowmoor’s moonlit night with new treatments that reward draft heads and showcase chasers alike.

Lorwyn Eclipsed Serialized Bitterbloom Bearer Takes the Spotlight

Rebecca Guay headlines the set’s premium chase with a serialized borderless Double Rainbow Foil of “Bitterbloom Bearer.” Each copy is individually numbered and steeped in fae flavor, a love letter to the plane that made many fans fall for Guay’s ethereal style. You can find serialized “Bitterbloom Bearer” only in Lorwyn Eclipsed Collector Boosters.

Serialized copies can appear in any language’s Collector Booster, and the card itself is always in English and mechanically identical to non-serialized versions.

Special Guests and Borderless Returns

Special Guests bring iconic cards into Lorwyn’s woodcut aesthetic, reimagining favorites like “Bitterblossom” and “Goblin Sharpshooter” as if they were crafted by the plane’s own artisans. Non-foil versions can be found in Play Boosters, with traditional foils in Collector Boosters.

Select borderless cards celebrate the artists who defined the original Lorwyn and Shadowmoor blocks, including fresh takes like “Oko, Lorwyn Liege” and “Ashling, Rekindled,” available in non-foil and traditional foil across Play and Collector Boosters.

Reversible Shock Lands Flip Day and Night

Show both faces of the plane in a single slot. Borderless reversible shock lands feature Lorwyn on one side and Shadowmoor on the other, turning staples like “Blood Crypt” and “Hallowed Fountain” into mini dioramas of the world’s cycle. These are mechanically identical to their default-frame counterparts and appear in non-foil and traditional foil in Play and Collector Boosters.
