BEYBLADE Day came with a lot more than nostalgia this year. ADK Emotions NY Inc. and T-Licensing Inc. used the annual celebration to unveil a major expansion plan for BEYBLADE X in 2026, including the first-ever BEYBLADE X GP Final in Bangkok, a new world championship on Roblox, and fresh products from Hasbro for fans in North America and Europe. Taken together, the announcements make one thing clear: BEYBLADE X is not slowing down, it is getting much bigger.
Bangkok Becomes the Big Stage
The headline reveal is the BEYBLADE X GRAND PRIX FINAL 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand, set for December 2026. It marks the first global final for the BEYBLADE X GP series, bringing together Bladers from North America, Japan, Latin America, Asia, Europe, and more for one international showdown. Thailand was chosen as the host city in recognition of the latest series’ strong growth there, which says a lot about how wide the franchise’s reach has become.
Qualifying tournaments begin worldwide in April 2026, with winners advancing to Bangkok. The champion of the X-TREME CUP GP 2026 in Tokyo this October will also earn a place in the final. The event will feature two divisions, a Regular Class for ages 6 to 12 and an Open Class for ages 6 and up, with city details, schedules, and application information still to come.
The Battle Moves Online, Too
BEYBLADE X is also pushing harder into digital competition. The brand is teaming with Roblox for the first BEYBLADE X-BATTLES WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2026 ON ROBLOX, which will run from May 15 through May 25. The game BEYBLADE X-BATTLES has already surpassed 100 million cumulative global visits since launching in March 2025, giving the virtual tournament a sizable arena right out of the gate.

During the event, players with Roblox accounts will battle through Ranked Match Battles inside the X Tower, climbing floors based on victory points. The champion will be chosen from players who reach the 100th floor, and top finishers will receive commemorative Beyblades usable inside Roblox. A separate limited-time Spin event will also give more than 10,000 users chances to win free avatar items and special in-game Beyblades.
New Gear Arrives This Summer
Hasbro is also adding two new ways for fans to upgrade their launch game. The BEYBLADE X Left Spin String Launcher Set, which includes the Meteroid Dragoon 3-70J Top, will open for Amazon preorders on March 21. That same day, Walmart will begin preorders for the BEYBLADE X Deluxe Launcher and Custom Grip Set, which includes the Bite Croc 2-60Q Top. Both products are scheduled to go on sale July 15, 2026.
Fans can start preparing for the action now. Global BEYBLADE X qualifying tournaments begin in April, the Roblox championship runs May 15 through May 25, and the new Hasbro launcher sets open for preorder on March 21 before releasing July 15. Additional tournament details will be announced on the official competition website and through Beyblade.com.
