Hasbro is always one of the busiest stops at San Diego Comic-Con, and 2026 is already looking like another brutal year for collectors. So far, the company has revealed exclusives across Star Wars, Marvel, G.I. Joe, Ghostbusters, and Transformers, with a lineup that leans hard into nostalgia, deep cuts, and display-friendly chaos. Details on how exclusives will be handled this year still have not been announced, though last year returned to first-come, first-served at the booth with no lottery.
Clone Wars Firepower Leads the Star Wars Charge

The first SDCC reveal was Star Wars: The Black Series ARF Trooper (501st) & AT-RT, a Clone Wars-inspired set that looks like pure shelf candy for clone collectors. The trooper uses the newer clone body, the helmet comes with extra detail, and the AT-RT is loaded with articulation, a rotating cannon, and a display base that helps sell a more dynamic pose. It is priced at $79.99.
Anakin and Ventress Get Their Duel in a Box in this Hasbro SDCC Exclusive

Hasbro followed that up with an Anakin Skywalker vs. Asajj Ventress two-pack pulled from their duel atop the Yavin 4 temple. This one sounds especially strong visually, with Anakin’s battered look, Ventress’ stylized deco, dual sabers, and retro TV and VHS-inspired packaging. It will cost $51.99.

Professor X Rolls Into Comic-Con in Style

On the Marvel side, Marvel Legends is bringing Professor Charles Xavier with his hoverchair from X-Men ’97. The chair includes swappable blaster pieces, effects, and a detailed control panel, while Xavier gets an alternate head and Cerebro helmet. The retro TV-and-VCR packaging is doing a lot of the work here too, which helps make the $49.99 price feel easier to swallow.
Spider-Man Goes Full Meme Mode in this Hasbro SDCC Exclusive

The other Marvel exclusive is the Spider-Man “Meme-tastic” 3-Pack, which might be the funniest reveal of the whole bunch. Inspired by the 1967 Spider-Man cartoon and its eternal meme life, the set includes Spider-Man, Lizard, and Electro, with extra hands for the pointing pose, Peter Parker parts, lab gear, a bendy-wired tail, and energy effects. It is gloriously self-aware and priced at $84.99.
G.I. Joe Gets Weird With the Fatal Fluffies

Hasbro is also reaching deep into G.I. Joe history with Fatal Fluffies, a 6-inch set inspired by The Pyramid of Darkness. The cereal-box-style packaging already makes it feel like a winner, and the fireball, flames, whip, pistol, and interchangeable face only make it weirder in the best way. This one will run $54.99.
Shipwreck and Cadet Deming Bring the Springfield Energy

The second Joe set is Shipwreck vs. Cadet Deming, inspired by “There’s No Place Like Springfield.” It sounds like the more character-driven exclusive of the two, with a terminal set piece, alternate hair, glasses, extra hands, and multiple weapons helping fill out the package. It will be available for $64.99.
Ghostbusters Finally Gets a Lost Kenner Toy

One of the coolest reveals so far is the Kenner Classics Ecto-Glow Glow Copter Vehicle, a resurrected concept from the original Ghostbusters line. It includes glow-in-the-dark deco, a spinning rotor, a ghost bomb, Louis Tully as pilot, and Meanie Weenie Ghost. This is exactly the kind of lost-toy deep cut SDCC exclusives should be made of, and it is priced at $67.99.
Optimus Prime and Jazz Go Full Cereal Aisle Retro

Hasbro is also going hard on 80s nostalgia with a cereal-box-style Transformers set featuring a 5.5-inch Optimus Prime and 3.5-inch Jazz. The faux cereal box packaging is packed with fake nutrition facts, tech specs, and even a cut-and-fold “cereal bot” gimmick, which makes the $74.99 price feel more like a toy oddity tax than a straight figure cost.
Transformers x Jem Is the Hasbro Wild Card

Then there is the Transformers x Jem and the Holograms mash-up, which reimagines Autobot Blaster with a Jem-inspired deco and cassette companions based on KP Rosanna, KP Glit, and KP Sundor. Between the microphone, keytar, and retro tech spec cards, this one feels like the most delightfully chaotic exclusive on the list. It is priced around $59.99.
All of these exclusives will debut first at San Diego Comic-Con 2026, with most also getting limited availability on Hasbro Pulse after the show while supplies last. Booth details for how purchases will be handled this year have not yet been announced.
