Mattel is filling San Diego Comic-Con 2026 with toy reveals, design panels, celebrity appearances, cosplay, and larger-than-life displays. Booth #2945 will showcase everything from Monster High and Jurassic World to Masters of the Universe and DC. Outside the convention center, KPop Demon Hunters takes over a full-size Hot Wheels Porsche 911 GT3 R.
KPop Demon Hunters Hits the Gas
Mattel and Netflix are bringing a life-size KPop Demon Hunters-inspired Hot Wheels Porsche 911 GT3 R to San Diego. Fans can find the car at First Avenue and East Harbor Drive from Preview Night through Sunday.
The collaboration continues Saturday with the Mattel x KPop Demon Hunters Charm Bar. Fans can create bracelets using charms connected to Mattel’s new mini collectible keychains. The series contains 13 character figures, themed accessories, keychain clips, and one rare hidden friend.
Monster High Rules the Mattel Booth

Monster High begins Thursday with a cosplay meetup featuring professional photos, a group shot, and prizes for several eek-stravagant looks. The Monster High team will then host a design panel focused on its screamium Ghouls Rule Lagoona Blue Skullector doll.

Friday brings an exclusive reveal of upcoming Monster High Skullector dolls. The designers behind Lagoona will also sign limited-edition posters from noon to 2:00 p.m. inside the Sails Pavilion. Poster quantities will be limited.
Masters of the Universe Summons Every Skeletor

Masters of the Universe heads to Room 6A on Friday with Nerd Stuff and Sword Things. The panel will explore storytelling within the franchise’s film world ahead of its next cinematic adventure.
Saturday gets wonderfully ridiculous with a Skeletor Cosplay Pose-Off at Booth #2945. Skeletors from every age, size, and era can compete to determine who truly possesses the power to strike the best pose.
Dinosaurs, Superstars, and a Major Halo Reveal from Mattel

Mattel Brick Shop opens Thursday’s booth programming with a design presentation and a Halo reveal. A designer will explain how the upcoming building set recreates details from the game.
WWE follows with an Elite Squad Reveal Panel in Room 6A and a Superstar meet-and-greet at the Mattel booth. Limited collector posters and pins will be distributed while supplies last.
Friday’s Jurassic World panel will explore the evolution of dinosaur sculpts, decorations, and features. Mattel designers Raf Bencosme, Chloe Mun, Zoe Bjerke, and Mike Vazquez will join Universal’s Britt Shotts for product reveals and franchise news. Fans can also pose with an Aquilops handler on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
The DC Design Panel takes over Saturday afternoon with a closer look at Mattel’s 2026 Premier Series. Designers will reveal new products, explain concepts and packaging, and give away prizes.
Matchbox: The Movie Drives Into Comic-Con

Apple TV and Mattel will present a two-hour Matchbox: The Movie panel on Saturday. The upcoming adventure stars John Cena, Jessica Biel, Sam Richardson, Teyonah Parris, and Arturo Castro.
Directed by Sam Hargrave, the movie follows childhood friends pulled into an international mission by their former leader, now an undercover CIA agent. Matchbox: The Movie premieres October 9 on Apple TV+.
