Nickelodeon is going all in for the 20th anniversary of Avatar: The Last Airbender (ATLA) at San Diego Comic-Con 2025. With a massive 1,800-square-foot booth on the convention floor and a packed schedule of immersive experiences, giveaways, and live appearances, this celebration is set to honor one of animation’s most beloved series in true epic fashion.
A Star-Studded Avatar Anniversary Panel
The party kicks off with the ATLA 20th Anniversary Panel on Thursday, July 24 at 10:00 AM in Ballroom 20. Fans can expect a heartfelt journey through two decades of Avatar history with original voice cast members Zach Tyler Eisen, Jack DeSena, Michaela Jill Murphy, Jennie Kwan, Dante Basco, and Dee Bradley Baker. Series composer Jeremy Zuckerman and creators Bryan Konietzko and Michael Dante DiMartino will also join the panel, moderated by Janet Varney, the voice of Korra.

Outside the convention center, the Petco Park Interactive Zone will host a Magic: The Gathering x Avatar activation. Fans can explore a cabbage cart photo op, meet a cosplaying Cabbage Merchant, grab a special Katara promo card, and take home a giant giveaway bag with a recipe card from the upcoming Avatar: The Last Airbender: The Official Baking Book.
