Prime Video is coming to San Diego Comic-Con 2026 with one of the stronger TV and film lineups of the week, bringing a mix of returning fan favorites, major franchise swings, and first looks at some of its most anticipated new titles. This year’s programming includes The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, Blade Runner 2099, Reacher, Neagley, Carrie, and Batman: Caped Crusader, with talent set to include Michelle Yeoh, Hunter Schafer, Alan Ritchson, Maria Sten, and Mike Flanagan. If Prime Video’s goal is to make sure fans carve out real time for its SDCC presence, this lineup absolutely does the job.
Gotham Kicks Off With a Laugh and a Shadow

Prime Video’s week begins on Thursday, July 23 with a world premiere screening of the first episode of Batman: Caped Crusader Season Two, followed by a Q&A with cast and creatives in Room 6BCF. That is a smart way to open. Batman: Caped Crusader already has a strong visual identity and noir energy, so leading with an actual episode instead of just a panel immediately gives fans something concrete to get excited about.
Hall H Belongs to Middle-earth and a Dystopian Future

Friday’s biggest draw is clearly the Hall H panel pairing Blade Runner 2099 with Season Three of The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power. That is a heavy one-two punch. On one side, Prime Video gets to show off a long-awaited expansion of one of science fiction’s most visually iconic worlds. On the other, it brings back one of its biggest fantasy series for another round in Middle-earth.

Putting those together in Hall H feels deliberate. It gives Prime Video a prestige sci-fi and fantasy showcase in one slot, while also letting the streamer plant a flag around scale. These are not small genre shows. These are the kinds of titles built for big rooms, exclusive footage, and fans trying to parse every frame for clues.
Prime Video Loads Up Saturday with Action and Horror

Saturday is where Prime Video gets especially aggressive. Reacher and Neagley share a Ballroom 20 panel that promises first looks, behind-the-scenes material, and reveals tied to the growing world around those characters. That feels like a good fit for the crowd, especially because Neagley lets Prime Video expand a proven hit without pretending fans do not already have a favorite supporting character worth following.
Right after that, Mike Flanagan brings Carrie to Ballroom 20 for his first-ever Comic-Con appearance. That alone makes the panel notable, but the project itself also has real weight. Nearly 50 years after the original film shocked audiences, Flanagan is taking on one of Stephen King’s most enduring stories as a television event. That is exactly the kind of adaptation people are going to want footage from before the panel even ends.
Prime Video SDCC Week Looks Packed

Prime Video’s SDCC programming runs from Thursday, July 23 through Saturday, July 25. Batman: Caped Crusader begins things in Room 6BCF, Blade Runner 2099 and The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power take over Hall H on Friday, and Reacher, Neagley, and Carrie close things out in Ballroom 20 on Saturday.
