Apple TV has unveiled the first images from The Sisters Grimm Season 2, which premieres globally Friday, October 2, 2026. Sabrina and Daphne Grimm are returning to a town where fairy tales are real and every happily ever after hides another mystery. The animated fantasy adventure continues the sisters’ search for answers one year after their parents mysteriously disappeared.
Sabrina and Daphne Continue Their Search

Based on Michael Buckley’s New York Times bestselling book series, The Sisters Grimm follows two young sleuths descended from the Brothers Grimm. Sabrina and Daphne may approach problems very differently, but their contrasting personalities make them a remarkably effective team.
Season 2 brings the sisters back to Ferryport Landing, where characters and creatures from classic fairy tales live in the real world. As Sabrina and Daphne continue investigating their parents’ disappearance, they will uncover more of the town’s secrets and encounter new adventures along the way.

The one-year anniversary gives the new season an emotional foundation beneath its fantasy mysteries. The sisters are not simply solving magical cases. Every discovery could bring them closer to understanding what happened to their family.
A Familiar Voice Cast Returns to Ferryport Landing

Ariel Winter returns as the voice of Sabrina Grimm, with Leah Newman portraying her younger sister, Daphne. Their characters combine Sabrina’s cautious skepticism with Daphne’s enthusiasm for the strange world surrounding them.
Laraine Newman voices Relda, while Abubakar Salim returns as Charming. Billy Harris portrays the mischievous Puck, and Harry Trevaldwyn voices Mirror.
The ensemble brings together performers from projects including Modern Family, Saturday Night Live, Raised by Wolves, Ted Lasso, and How to Train Your Dragon. Together, they give Ferryport Landing’s fairy-tale residents and reluctant detectives their distinct personalities.
Titmouse Brings the Bestselling The Sisters Grimm Books to Life

Emmy Award nominee Amy Higgins developed The Sisters Grimm for television and serves as showrunner. Higgins previously worked on Star vs. the Forces of Evil. Emmy Award nominee Erica Rothschild, whose credits include Sofia the First, also developed the adaptation.
Emmy Award-winning animation studio Titmouse produces the series. The studio’s recent work includes Frog and Toad, Harriet the Spy, Duck & Goose, and The Legend of Vox Machina. Sage Cotugno serves as supervising director.
Higgins and Buckley executive produce alongside Elliot Blake, Philip Alberstat, Steven Amato, and Theresa Park. Titmouse’s Chris Prynoski, Shannon Prynoski, Ben Kalina, and Antonio Canobbio also serve as executive producers.
The first season earned a 100% critics score on Rotten Tomatoes, giving the show an impressive foundation as it begins its next chapter. Season 2 will continue combining magical adventure with the relationship at the heart of the story: two very different sisters learning that they are stronger together.
The Sisters Grimm Season 2 premieres globally Friday, October 2, 2026, exclusively on Apple TV. The six-episode animated fantasy adventure stars Ariel Winter, Leah Newman, Laraine Newman, Abubakar Salim, Billy Harris, and Harry Trevaldwyn.
