Disney is loading up D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event with three full days of panels, performances, previews, reunions, and fan experiences. The event takes over Anaheim, California from August 14 through August 16, giving Disney fans a massive celebration across movies, television, parks, music, games, comics, animation, collectibles, and more.
Disney Is Turning D23 Into a Full Weekend Takeover

This year’s D23 lineup is built around the full Disney ecosystem. Fans can expect major showcases at the Honda Center, deep-dive panels at the Anaheim Convention Center, and show floor programming throughout the weekend.
Friday night features the Disney Entertainment Showcase, with first looks at upcoming films, series, games, and stage productions. Saturday brings Horizons: Disney Experiences Showcase, hosted by Neil Patrick Harris, with new looks at the future of Disney parks, cruises, resorts, and global experiences. Sunday closes with the Disney Legends Awards Ceremony, hosted by Ryan Seacrest.
This year’s Disney Legends class includes Chris Berman, Jerry Bruckheimer, Susan Egan, Eric Goldberg, Anne Hathaway, Bob Iger, Kim Irvine, Dwayne Johnson, the Jonas Brothers, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and Alan Tudyk.
Music, Nostalgia, and Major Anniversaries Take the Stage

The stage programming is packed with anniversary celebrations and musical moments. Alan Menken will perform a rare one-man concert, while the Disney Rewind Concert brings back Disney hits from the 1980s and 1990s with Disney and Broadway talent.
Fans can also celebrate 35 years of Beauty and the Beast, 75 years of Alice in Wonderland, 25 years of Kingdom Hearts, and nearly 65 years of Marvel’s Spider-Man. The Muppets will also get a spotlight, with Seth MacFarlane discussing their musical history and his upcoming orchestral album.

For fans of Disney animation history, the lineup includes panels on Ron Clements, Ron Husband, ink and paint artistry, Disney restoration, and Walt Disney’s 125th birthday. It is the kind of programming that feels made for fans who love the craft behind the magic.
TV, Games, Comics, and Parks All Get Their Moment at D23

Disney is also bringing plenty for fans of current shows and games. Percy Jackson and the Olympians will preview Season 3, Scrubs will celebrate its return, and Camp Rock 3: The Next Generation will bring stars together after its world premiere.
There will also be panels for The Simpsons, Bob’s Burgers, Bluey, Disney Dreamlight Valley, and Disney Lorcana. Marvel fans can look forward to Spider-Man celebrations, Disney and Marvel storytelling panels, and looks at the future of digital comics with WEBTOON.
Parks fans have a lot to watch too. Joe Rohde will discuss his memoir Floating Mountains, Disney Experiences will host an auction of rare theme park pieces, and panels will explore Disney toys, pin trading, home design, fashion, and the innovations behind Hasbro’s Ultimate Grogu animatronic.
Reservations Open in July

The Reservation Selection Process opens Monday, July 20 at 12:00 p.m. PT and closes Friday, July 24 at 12:00 p.m. PT. Guests can rank their preferred presentations and experiences, with confirmations expected beginning August 7.
D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event takes place August 14, 15, and 16 in Anaheim, California. Full-day Sunday D23 Fan Passes are still available, along with Afternoon Only Fan Passes for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
