KAYOU Brings Trading Card Culture to SDCC With Signings, Grading, Trades, and Custom Cards

KAYOU is making its San Diego Comic-Con debut with a full trading card fan destination at the Interactive Zone at Petco Park. From July 23 through July 26, fans can shop, rip packs, trade, meet artists and voice talent, get cards graded, and even become part of their own custom collectible card.

The KAYOU Fan Destination is built around everything collectors love about trading cards. Fans can check out card displays, rip packs on camera, make trades, buy collectibles, and connect with other collectors throughout the weekend.

The space will feature KAYOU’s Walls of Fandom, a free walk-through experience with character walls, product displays, and photo moments. Featured fandoms include Netflix’s KPop Demon Hunters, My Little Pony, Naruto, and tokidoki. There will also be a Superfan Art Showcase celebrating fan art, card displays, and the creative side of collecting culture.

KAYOU will host two major card signings inside The KAYOU Big Top, a bright yellow tent at the activation. tokidoki co-founder and artist Simone Legno will sign cards on Thursday, July 23 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The signing is limited to 200 fans. One SDCC-exclusive tokidoki card will be provided, and only KAYOU tokidoki cards will be signed.

My Little Pony fans get their moment on Sunday, July 26 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Andrea Libman, the voice of Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy, will sign KAYOU cards for the first 100 fans. Each attendee will receive one Fluttershy or Pinkie Pie card, with one autograph allowed per person.

TAG Brings Grading and Custom Cards to SDCC

Kayou

KAYOU is partnering with TAG, also known as Technical Authentication & Grading, for onsite card grading and custom card creation. Fans can bring KAYOU cards or other collectible trading cards to the TAG GO trailer for professional grading.

TAG will offer same-day, next-day, and end-of-show pickup options. Each graded card includes a TAG DIG Report, which gives collectors a closer look at the data behind the final grade.

Fans who score a limited signed card can also use TAG Witness. That service captures video of the autograph being signed, then links it directly to the graded slab through a QR code. That is a very cool way to preserve the full convention moment.

KAYOU and TAG will also offer SDCC-exclusive custom cards. Fans can step into My Little Pony’s Equestria or the world of KPop Demon Hunters and become part of a personalized KAYOU trading card.

Rip Packs, Make Trades, and Find Exclusive Collectibles

The Rip Stop, presented by The Pop Insider, gives fans a dedicated content creation space for pack openings. Collectors can record pulls, reactions, and card reveals with a fun backdrop made for sharing.

KAYOU will also operate an official store with San Diego’s Tito Rick’s Garage. The KAYOU Trade Zone gives collectors a place to sit down, open packs, compare pulls, and make trades with other fans.

More KAYOU experiences, giveaways, gameplay moments, cosplay meetups, pack battles, and events will be announced in the coming weeks. The KAYOU Fan Destination runs July 23 through July 26 at the Interactive Zone at Petco Park. The experience is free and open to the public, with no SDCC badge required.
