Wizards of the Coast and Mattel have revealed Secret Lair x Masters of the Universe: The Most Powerful Superdrop in the Universe. The collection includes five limited drops starring He-Man, Skeletor, She-Ra, and more iconic characters when sales begin September 14.
He-Man Leads the Heroic Warriors Into Battle in the Masters of the Universe Secret Lair
By the Power of Grayskull! celebrates He-Man and his allies with artwork inspired by classic Masters of the Universe packaging. Winota, Joiner of Forces becomes “He-Man, Champion of Eternia,” which feels perfectly suited for someone constantly rallying heroes into battle.
Delina, Wild Mage appears as Orko, while Bruenor Battlehammer transforms into Man-At-Arms. The drop also includes Crackle with Power and Konda’s Banner as “He-Man’s Battle Harness.”
Skeletor Finally Gets the Spotlight He Deserves
Nyah-ha-ha! gives Skeletor and his Evil Warriors a sinister collection illustrated by Tyler Walpole. Its artwork draws inspiration from classic animation cels, capturing the Lord of Destruction in all his theatrical glory.

Tinybones, the Pickpocket becomes “Skeletor, Lord of Destruction.” The drop also features Tasha’s Hideous Laughter as “Skeletor’s Villainous Glee,” Bottomless Pit, Necrogen Mists, and Breach the Multiverse. In other words, Skeletor intends to empty everyone’s hands before conquering everything else.
She-Ra Commands the Full Superdrop
She-Ra, Princess of Power brings the Great Rebellion from Etheria to the Commander table. Sisay, Weatherlight Captain becomes She-Ra, providing a five-color commander capable of uniting characters from across the entire Superdrop.
The collection also includes Silence and Sol Ring. Emiel the Blessed becomes Swift Wind, Hajar appears as Bow, and Kutzil takes on the role of Catra. Collecting all five drops gives players the foundation for a full Masters of the Universe-themed Commander deck led by She-Ra.
Eternia’s Wildest Characters Join the Fight
Allies and Enemies of Eternia expands the roster with heroes and villains from across the franchise. Sakashima the Impostor becomes Man-E-Faces, while Kona, Rescue Beastie becomes Beast Man.
Ertai Resurrected appears as Evil-Lyn, Derevi becomes the Sorceress, and Tetsuo transforms into Trap Jaw. Their varied colors and abilities also give She-Ra plenty of legendary characters to find from the deck.
Iconic Toys Are Still Sold Separately from the Masters of the Universe Secret Lair
Sold Separately celebrates the mounts, weapons, and accessories that made the toy aisle feel like Eternia. Battle Cat, Panthor, the Bone Throne, Sword of Power, and Command Tower complete the collection.
The Masters of the Universe Secret Lair drop uses Fortune, Loyal Steed for Battle Cat and The Gitrog, Ravenous Ride for Panthor. Sword of War and Peace naturally becomes the Sword of Power. Some assembly may be required, but at least the mana is included.
Each Secret Lair x Masters of the Universe drop will cost $29.99 in non-foil or $39.99 in foil. The limited collections go on sale September 14 at 9 a.m. PT through the Secret Lair storefront. Customers will receive an exclusive foil Swan Song for every $149 spent, while supplies last.
